Shipping policy

FREE shipping on all web store orders over $99 (after coupons or discounts) and flat-rate shipping on orders under $99 to the lower 48 states - see map below (Northeast = $10.95; Midwest and South = $12.95; West = $15.95). Shipping to Canada is based on actual USPS rates. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Our expedited shipping option ensures you get your order processed faster. The cost is an extra $10, and if you need it expedited you must place your order by 11 am, Monday through Friday. Please be advised that expedited shipping does not control the speed at which the shipping companies deliver their packages, and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. While we make every effort to get every order out as soon as possible, sometimes it takes longer during peak holiday seasons or busy periods.

If you need your order faster, please choose expedited shipping. If you are providing your shipping address, please double check it because we will ship the order to the exact address you provide and we're not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping information.
